This pay-as-you-go option offers a stand-alone review of your diet and lifestyle, current symptoms and health goals. It provides you with advice and guidance to start you off on your journey to better health.

  • This is suitable for those looking to optimise their existing good health with diet and lifestyle enhancements, OR for those with a high level of motivation who don’t need coaching to stay on track and achieve lasting change. However, there is the option of pay-as-you-go follow-on sessions, so you can book additional sessions as you need!

  • For those who want to commit to better health, but on a shorter-term basis. 6 weeks will give us the time we need to focus in on the main areas of need and get you well on your way to feeling fantastic.
